Microsoft Windows Vista Beta 2
SEATTLE - Windows Vista moved a big step closer to completion today as Microsoft formally released Beta 2 of its next-generation flagship operating system. Microsoft Corp. has released Windows Vista? Beta 2 to developers and IT professionals with Microsoft? Developer Network (MSDN?) and TechNet subscriptions, as well as to members of the Technology Adoption Program (TAP) and the TechBeta program. Microsoft will also make Windows Vista Beta 2 more broadly available in the coming weeks as part of the Windows Vista Customer Preview Program (CPP). Microsoft is aiming for business availability of Windows Vista in November 2006, and general consumer and new PC availability in January 2007.
Windows Vista - the next version of Windows, formerly code-named Longhorn. Windows Vista introduces a breakthrough user experience and is designed to help you feel confident in your ability to view, find, and organize information and to control your computing experience.
The visual sophistication of Windows Vista helps streamline your computing experience by refining common window elements so you can better focus on the content on the screen rather than on how to access it. The desktop experience is more informative, intuitive, and helpful. And new tools bring better clarity to the information on your computer, so you can see what your files contain without opening them, find applications and files instantly, navigate efficiently among open windows, and use wizards and dialog boxes more confidently.
Windows Vista Beta 2 is now available for IT professionals and developers with MSDN and TechNet subscriptions. In the coming weeks, Microsoft will start the Windows Vista Customer Preview Program (CPP) for developers and IT professionals who are not members of the subscription services.
The Windows Vista CPP will also be available to technology enthusiasts that want to install and test a copy of Windows Vista Beta 2. You can get a head start on your Windows Vista CPP preparation by visiting the Get Ready section of Microsoft Vista site and downloading the Windows Vista Product Guide (60 MB Word doc).

Little Bombers Returns 1.7
Little Bombers Returns is a remake of the famous Dyna Blaster/BomberMan games. Its a game about adventures of little brave bombers, trapped in the dungeons of a mysterious castle. A way from the castle is very dangerous: to find exit from each level, your bombers will fight against evil creatures and eliminate brick walls that block their way. Every bomber has many little timer-bombs in his bottomless pockets, which he may install on a monster"s way or to remove a brick out of the wall. As a bomb is installed, you must run very quickly from this site - bomb explosion can eliminate your character too! But don"t be upset if you don"t have enough time - your bomber has more then one life! And even losing the last life, you can use a level password to continue the game (but your current score will be lost). To exit from each level you should destroy all monsters on a level and find a blocked out door.
Game features:
- Up to four players can use the same keyboard. You can play this game with your kids (or friends)!
- Every time you start the game, Little Bombers Returns randomly generates a new maze for every level; there are 81 levels (9 stages by 9 levels).
- Your opposition is made up of 20 simply monsters and a few kinds of "bosses" - aggressive creatures, awaiting you in the end of every ninth stage.
- You can pick up 19 different kinds of bonuses, which give you speed-boosting, extra bombs, additional lives or increase fire range.
- Every bonus picked up or a destroyed monster brings you score points and you can place your name into a table of records!
- There are 2 types of multi-player game. In the "Normal" mode you and your friends must fight against evil monsters in cooperation. In the "Battle" mode you must fight against each other.
